Overview

The town of Mountain View, Co. adopted the following codes:

• The International Building Code, 2009 edition. Mountain View, Co. Muni. Code, § 18-4-10 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-4-30.
• The International Residential Code, 2009 edition. Mountain View, Co. Muni. Code, § 18-8.5-10 (adopted).
• The Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 edition. Mountain View, Co. Muni. Code, § 18-3-10 (adopted).

Residential Building Code
